Selling limit 0 restricted account

hello, I am asking for anyone with help on what to do because eBay is not helping me at all.  I've been a buyer/seller in good standing since 2004 and have made hundreds of transactions with 0 flaws. I haven't sold on ebay in about 2 years, and when I tried this month, my selling limit is 0 and account restricted.. After a phone call they said my account is linked to another account and come to find out it was my brother's account whom lives at my old address.  They won't tell me why his account was restricted but it shut mine down from selling also...even though I have nothing to do with his account AT ALL!!!!!! What can I do??? The last email from ebay was sh***y and said "it will not be lifted" and to do my selling somewhere else. My brother claims the account had been deleted but idk... HELP ANYBODY???? If they don't let me sell again then I'm not giving ebay another $0.01 of my money

I'm sorry to say that you will not be reinstated.  There is no appeal.  You will need to look elsewhere to carry on selling.

Which account was your brothers ? the northg account, the cedwhind account or another account ?  Anyone can just open an account and say the one restricted was not them.
