How do I send an offer for multiple of the same item to watchers?

Hi,

A few months ago I was able to send offers to watchers, but offer the discount on multiple of the same item (if I had more than 1).  Since then, it seems like this option is no longer available.  Does anyone know what happened?  Is it a certain setting in my "settings" or did eBay just remove it?  I would appreciate any help.

I recently started using the Send Offers to Watchers.  Some days I have a lot eligible, and some days none.  It all depends on how many buyers place your item on their Watch List.  Also, if that buyer already received an offer sometime in the past, ebay won't be including them in the next batch that are available.

I see the same items eligible to send Offers, so I suspect it could be the same buyer, hoping that I will offer a better discount in the future.
