Since I'm about to sell and ship over 10k worth watch and I'm located in Croatia, if anyone could tell me the procedure and how this program guards me from fraudulent buyers and how can I be sure they won't loose my item?
kind regards

I have no experience selling from Croatia.
I have no experience selling high value items.
I do have common sense.
I would never sell anything for more than a few hundred dollars on ebay.
Why? Because any buyer can file a false claim and rip you off.
There is an old saying amongst ebay sellers:
"Don't sell anything on ebay that you can't afford to lose."

There are other, safer ways to sell luxury watches, including some online options (Crown & Caliber). Maybe do a Google search of the phrase "best place to sell luxury watch" and you'll find various discussions of how to proceed (and you also notice some discussions regarding the risk of selling such things on eBay). I would do a lot of research before I tried to sell something that expensive.

As others have advised this is probably not the best choice for you to sell the watch. Adding to the risk you are a new seller and will be the target for every scammer out there. EBay does have an authentication program for high value watches but it is only available under certain conditions.

There would also be significant tax and import fees that may would dissuade any buyers outside of your country. As the seller you need to understand what your costs are going to be for selling the item. The fees, insurance and shipping costs may be excessive.

Thank you all for constructive and helpful replies.

It's not only fraudulent sellers that need to be protected. As a buyer I'd be more worried about buying a counterfeit watch from Croatia than from the USA. How did you determine your products were not knock offs?

I didn't see the badge on your listing ( authentication guarantee badge) do you sell on eBay.com? Here's the info about the program and keep in mind that this is not available in some countries.

The auction has ended. It is too late to ask questions about how to sell or ship this watch. It is sold. It sold for $11,200 (USD). It must now be shipped according to the shipping price and method specified in the listing.
Good luck -- to you and to the buyer.

ebay.com says you have new seller listing limits of $500 but in Croatia you have no limits? Or did you ignore the limits?
Did someone from Croatia buy because eBay also says you have to sell 10 items before you can sell Internationally.
Good luck, I hope you don't get scammed or get in trouble for not following rules.

Only items purchased on eBay.com are eligible for Authenticity Guarantee. Items that are listed on eBay.com from sellers located in Japan, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, South Korea and Italy for delivery to a buyer located within the US are eligible for Authenticity Guarantee - check back for additional countries to be added. However, items that ship to a buyer address outside the continental U.S. are not eligible for the program.

I doubt that you are sending this through the AG program and as others have stated, it’s risky to sell something of that value here.

"it’s risky to sell something of that value here."
..... or to buy.

I doubt it too, his listing showed no seal or badge, how in the world did this new seller fresh outta the gate get to list a Rolex for 11k?????
This is not going to end well I'm afraid.

Still trying to figure out how/why eBay would allow an inexperienced seller to list a high dollar item like that.
Is someone taking a nap?
