I have been an Ebay seller for a long time. I have usually sold from home, but am in the process of getting another computer and selling from where I store my items as well. Is this allowed?

Yes, but eBay might phone you and ask you to confirm that you are the one listing from the alternate location. If you don't have a mobile phone on record, that could be a problem.
I normally list in NC but when I went to AZ for an extended visit, it was lucky I had my mobile phone on my contact info, as I got a call from eBay when I created some listings in AZ. That was a few years back - not sure what they currently do.

You could list on one account from 100 computers located in 100 different countries if you wanted to (and there are a few sellers who do).
You might find that when you log in to your account from a new and different IP address eBay may send you a verification message to your registered primary email address. You just need to follow the instructions to confirm that you are actually the person signing in.
If you have a mobile phone listed in your account they may send a text to that number asking you to confirm.
Or they may do nothing! I take 3 - 4 months off every Summer, some years eBay confirms it's me when I return and some years they don't.
