I'm having the same issue on some drafts. I don't know what the problem is but I think when it's passed 30 days or more it won't let you open it . I could be wrong.

I just went to one of mine and it will let me "resume".  Lots of glitches today -could not mass edit this afternoon either.  Sorry -the fact mine resumes and yours does not is of no help to you.........
