You will need a Sri Lankan business license and a Payoneer account to accept payments.
There is no restriction on selling the items you mention.
Remember that Location on the selling form is the location the goods will be shipped from and not your location.
I have clay windchimes in my backyard and being near the Salish Sea we get strong winds averaging 9kph and soaring to 40kph through the winter. They are still fine after a decade or so.

Have no idea about "hand made" items - they are truly created locally and not drop-shipped from China? If yes, would think that would be fine.
As for wind chimes - there are thousands of the cheap ones from China listed on here and no offense to you or anyone else, but if my neighbor's chimes "suddenly" came up missing or the "chime" function was some how impeded, I would not be sad. Especially on a windy night and with the constant "chiming" ALL night long.
Don't sell chimes, especially the cheap Chinese ones that are drop-shipped and they rust and they CLANK.

Agree, those clay ones wouldn't last an hour out here in Nevada, our " gusts" are like F3 tornadoes.

I thought the "clay" windchime was a typo.......they would not last here in the midwest either! 😀 (we call that broken pottery and GET the BROOM! lol
