I have an error that doesn't let me have shipping with calculation even though my listing is active and the products are located in Dubai, and I don't know how to do shipping with calculation without an error. Can someone please help?

Because you are listing on eBay.com (eBay USA) but your items are located in another country, you can't use calculated shipping. It is only available for items that are located in the USA.

You will need to use flat rate shipping instead. First you set up "domestic shipping" and put in flat-rate shipping for the amount that will be charged for any items that are delivered to the USA. Then you set up "international shipping" for other countries (including the UAE).
