Selling account number for verification

Ebay or paypal sent money to the wrong checking account. Called bank and verified correct acc # and Routing #.  Went to ebay cancelled acc and entered new acc Info. During the verification process at the end it asked to Verify acc with I think the old acc#? So where do i find the old acc # to enter. No one from ebay will pick up the phone... I found my old accc # and its the same as the new one. That number doesn't work to verify acc.

Sellers on Ebay can NOT use PayPal anymore.  We all use the Managed Payment account to process our money.

If Ebay transferred your money to the wrong account, then it is highly likely you have the wrong account number set up on your account.

I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
