Selling a software license

I'm selling a software license for Native Instruments and I want to make sure I correctly categorize it before it goes public.

This is correct, right?

Do you own the rights to this software that you plan to sell?  Personally, I would probably not sell the license to software to which I owned the rights on eBay.  If I had developed the software I would probably have a site to sell it on.

And selling the license with conditions is allowed, but you knew that.

There should be a category for computer > software or something like that. Also I dont think ebay allows you sell just sell the code.

Actually only one category is officially allowed if you are not approved to sell the item;

Ebay also allows the sale of software keys if the seller is authorized (by the company) to sell it, and the terms of the op's license give authorization for resale.
