What is a way of removing the error of not being able to sell my graphics card on eBay? It saying I’m not a verified seller or I don’t meet the selling standards. Any way I can raise or higher my selling standards to sell my 3070?

You need to build up a trustworthy history before you can sell expensive items. Try again after a few months of selling lowered price items sucessfully. Ebay is not a get rich quick scheme. Ebay has to protect themselves, buyers and sellers from being scammed.

Those are a high scammed item and they are trying to keep you from loosing the card and any payments received for it.
Being a new seller, you would be a prime target for scammers and you would probably loose the card.

You are a brand new/newly registered Seller.
It is in your best interest to not start off selling items that are targets for fraud /scams, etc.
Take this time to read/learn about this sales platform and the minimum standards e-Bay expects from every Seller, new or otherwise.
Good luck to you.

what do you mean by loosing the card..? and that was very helpful thank you, But theirs's way for buyers to scam the seller's through eBay? Like you said Payments received for it.. like the buyer would pay, the seller would ship and the money wouldn't go through?

Don't waste your time. Google search for rtx 3080 and then click news. You'll see that since the crypto currency crashed, China is already in the process of importing thousands of these cards that have been run 24 hours a day at 100% load in hot poorly ventilated buildings. Meaning these cards are beaten to h*ll and back junk. The place that China has chosen to offload them, yup, you guessed it, scam central, better known as Ebay.
Prices are going to plummet, and buyers that purchase these junk cards that were beaten to the edge of their life are going to get mad about the quality. By the time you have a good enough standing to sell the card, nobody will be looking to buy one of these cards on Ebay because everyone will be complaining about getting x mining cards.

Honestly you are way better off trying to sell this graphics card locally, even if you only get 1/2 or 1/3 what you might get on ebay.
I cannot list them here due to ebays forum posting policy, but I am sure you can think of and/or web search for the sites I'm referring to.
Best of luck

If the buyer does pay, they'll claim the item is defective or something, forcing you to take the card back and pay to have it returned.
They won't ship your card back, but a box of rocks, their old card or just an empty box.
Once tracking shows it was returned, the buyer will get a refund, leaving you with nothing.

That's not true and you know it! Ebay has a seller protection policy in place and won't screw you over whether you're a seller or a buyer unless you can prove the item is defective or that it has been sent back. You think mail doesn't get weighed? Someone would have to go to great lengths to match rocks or anything else ounce for ounce with whatever they bought. I discussed it thoroughly with the payment department and they covered all of it
