Selling a Medical Device on Ebay

Hello, Ebay removed a Welch Allyn Ophthalmoscope Otoscope Diagnostic device listing I had because of it being a medical device.

I read that they are allowed with a FDA disclaimer and posted under Business catergory.

Before I do so, I would like to get some feedback.

Certain medical devices need prescriptions, there for, you cannot sell them on ebay.  For others you must be an authorized vendor of that particular product.  Best to read up on the rules concerning that @krazzykats provided for you.  That way you are less likely to violate any rules on Ebay and jeopardize your seller account.

     If they removed it once I would advise you do not repost it. EBay tends to be over aggressive/cautious when it comes to removing items that fall into the restricted categories. You are in a rather large city this may be something better sold on a local forum.
