Selling Used Item

Hello my name is meryem and i live in morocco, my sister have many used item in United State, can i sell them on her behalf ?

Have your sister learn to do it their self.

Just not a great idea. There could be issues with shipping, bank accounts for Managed Payments, applicable taxes, returns, all kinds of possible problems. 

I definitely would not recommend it. Perhaps your sister could try to sell them on eBay herself? Or with the guidance of a friend or relative?

No you should not sell items for her.   Because you are in Morocco customers would have to pay shipping from Morocco to United States (nobody in USA would purchase item because of high shipping costs).  And if the customer decide to return item...it would get returned to your address in Morocco. 

EBAY selling fees would be very high.   Selling fees based on (purchase price + shipping + sales tax) plus extra international fee.   Just doesn't make any sense.

Also if customer decides to leave "negative feedback" that will go on your record.

Can i list them as a United state Location ? if someone buy from me i will let my sistre to send them the item ?

the items will not be listed as in morocco i don't know if i can note that the item is in United state

Then she probably doesn't know that she'll bear the IRS responsibilities, either. I'd say it's a bad idea. Sorry...
