I have a massive amount of things to sell and need some help. I offer 25% of the sale price in payment.
I have women's clothes, some new with tags, that I have done an initial sort to take out clothes I don't think are saleable. I have a storage unit with a variety of things, including but not limited to, books, comics, albums and so much more.

At 25%, I doubt you'll get many takers, if any. If so, you may have to try 50% of the net. Just sayin...

There are a lot of these requests suddenly.
Did you see a YouTube video or something?
The Trading Assistant died some years ago because sellers could not make money without charging 50 to 60% of the selling price +++ (The pluses were other questions like storage, packaging materials, returns.)
Meanwhile few consignors could understand that 25% was not going to be acceptable.
Have you considered donations for tax credits?

25% of the sale price will go to shipping and eBay fees. That leaves your seller with nothing.

You may want to consider selling items at a yard sale , check into local consignment or selling items outright to a reseller in your area
25% is not enough for what you want assistance with but good luck to you

Google eBay consignment your city. Probably your only hope.
After all expenses and paying ~20% income tax off the top of your net, You omight expect that to turn out to 30% or 32% of the item sale price if you get paid in cash.
If you are getting a 1099 from the Consignment Seller, you might get 40% of the sale price.
That is the way we roll here.

Are you looking for somebody to come to you as an employee and sell under your name, so that you are responsible for the fees and packing/shipping expenses? If so, you might find somebody who will work for 25%.
If not and they're responsible for everything except the cost of the goods, as others have said, that wouldn't even cover the expenses and their taxes.

To add the cherry to the effluvient sundae, clothing is a hypersaturated market with a high return rate. General-run clothing is a loser these days. I didn't touch clothing other than the occasional piece of vintage even when I still sold. Offer it to me FREE and I'd probably still take it to the nearest small nonprofit thrift and hand it to them.

Do you have any Trump related items?

If they pay you 50% of what the item ifself sells for and that doesn't include what the buyer pays for shipping, then maybe just maybe you could find someone to help you. Only giving someone 25% is just dreaming.

Are you aware that buyers may open up chargebacks with their credit companies up to 180 days after the date of purchase?
Not much motivation for anyone to stick their neck out for somebody else, just to be left holding the bag.
And definitely not for a measly 25%.
No thanks.

Way too much risk and work for 25%. What you list are all saturated markets. eBay fees 15%. S/I $10 and up for each item. Boxes - one would need tons of different sizes. Packaging material, photographing items, listing, labels, storage, shipping, etc. A ton of work. Then you have returns that are high for clothing. Payment, scams, etc. And of course income taxes/bookkeeping. Maybe 25% AFTER expenses. Not here though as I have more than enough work with several thousand items to list and sell and I'm retired! I wish you luck.

No, sorry not sorry no Trump.

Yes, that was what I was thinking, I just didn't note to add the details. I'm aware that there are shipping costs and fees and that I would be responsible for them. That's why 25% seems pretty reasonable.

Somebody to come to me as an employee and sell under my name, so that I am responsible for the fees and packing/shipping expenses.
