Selling Purple Heart and Silver Star Medals on eBay

Does anyone know if it is OK to now sell Purple Heart and Silver Star Medals on eBay now.    I see a lot of listings for them.  However,  previously eBay was not allowing them to be sold.

Ebay is joke for this. i see dealers selling silver stars all the time. i tried list a miniature an ebay took if off. They allow big dealers to get away with it. I saw a seller that had miniature silver stars in two different listings with about 10 each. they have been selling for years and the SS have not been removed. 8/20/18

The only one on the list protected by the U.S. Government is the CMH.

No change in the law regarding the CMH. This is bias eBay policy, not the law of the land. Go to the US Military forum for all the facts. ALL US MEDALS EXCEPT THE CMH ARE LEGAL FOR SALE IN THE USA. EBAY perverted the Stolen Valor Law (people acting like veterans and soldiers) to include everything else.
