Hello Ebay Sellers
Just an FYI , I know the rules Playboy and Penthouse is supposed to be allowed but don't take your chance with it, I got a 3 Day suspension for selling Playboys, at first they gave me a warning and took down some of my Playboy listings I figured I must have made a mistake and maybe had nudity in the pictures? (which I didn't) they sent me a message outlining the rules which I already knew, that Playboy is allowed on ebay (I didn't break any rules) I didn't list any more Playboys but left what I had listed up on ebay, about 2 weeks later they take down another playboy listing and suspend my account for 3 Days, and again send me the message that clearly shows playboy is allowed, I've called ebay (waste of time , no help). I double and triple checked all my playboy listings (which I removed all of) and there is no nudity in any pictures, plus with managed payments I can't even list them in the Adult category (ridiculous)
Ebays message to me:

The ebay policy either needs to state that Playboy can't be sold outside the Adult Only section or it needs to be clarified. The policy says that Playboy can be sold in other sections as long as it (the product) doesn't contain nudity. I THINK what they might be saying is that if you remove photos showing nudity from the magazine then you can sell it in other sections.

Foolish mortal! You exist at the behest of the ebay gods, do not expect them to be consistent or sensible! You make the ebay gods laugh with your attempts at unravelling their labyrinthine motives and shifting moods, lol

Lol I got suspended for 3 days too, and I just got off the phone with an Ebay employee who told me they're f=doing away with adult items altogether....but that we could sell what we have on there (hahaha...I'll bet he's wrong about that!)

I had a Photo of Hustler Magazine cover, signed by the cover girl with NO Nudity and I got restricted for 3 DAYS. They said it was listed wrong but I said its a Signed photo not a magazine! Guess who won ... **bleep**
