Selling North Korea Stamps in the Marketplace

I recently received an order for $21.00 worth of North Korea stamps.  The buyer asked for a Paypal invoice.  I sent one noting the NK catalogue numbers being purchased.  Paypal denied his payment and advised me I must remove all Paypal logos, info etc from my web site and auction sites.  Reason is that North Korea stamps are illegal to sell.  I have removed their payment method from my web site and removed all North Korea stamps from the site.  Paypal included this info in their original email to me:

'As a result of the violation, details of your account and the transaction
have been reported to OFAC.  Any further violations will result in the
closure of your account.'   I have had numerous emails with Paypal concernign the sale of North Korea material on Ebay, APS web site, numerous ASDA and APS member web sites.  We are talking 1000's of listings.  They finally after numerous emails replied Ebay and Paypal are separate companies and they have no interest in their listings.

Possible to end up on the NO FLY list????

REALLY

NK is on the embargo list  https://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/embargo.html
