As we moved more towards Seller Hub as the main selling tool, Selling Manager Pro was added into Seller Hub, rather than existing as a separate tool you would have to access (if Seller Hub is the seller's default selling tool). I will ask for the help page to be updated with how to access these tools in Seller Hub.
Most of the features are housed under the 'Listings' tab in Seller Hub. When you have Selling Manager Pro you will see an 'Inventory' option there (that will not show to anyone without a subscription) and they can access the automated tools by going to the 'Listings' menu and clicking 'Scheduled". On the left hand side of that page there will be a section that says "Automation preferences'. They should also be able to take bulk actions when performing actions like leaving feedback, filing unpaid item disputes and printing invoices and shipping labels from those respective menus.
