Not really sure what you are asking. If you are asking if you can use multiple locations on a single listing then the answer is no, each listing can have, as nobody*s_perfect mentioned, only one location. If you are asking whether you can have different listings that have different individual locations then the answer would be yes. Lots of sellers do this especially those that are drop shipping from multiple vendors/suppliers.
There are a lot of sellers in Sri Lanka that are drop shipping from multiple vendors in China and other countries along with individual items out of Sri Lanka. All show different locations and even within the China listings there are variances in the specific item location(s) within China.
