Selling / Listing Practices

I have tried to contact eBay regarding a members selling / listing practices. This member is selling items in an "auction" type format, but will not accept bids. His auctions clearly state that he is listing them on a "Buy It Now" basis, but none of his autions are listed in a "Buy It Now" format. Nor do any of his auctions have a "Reserve" price. I am of the belief that he is trying to avoid paying the service fees that are required for a "BIN" listing. eBay's "Customer Service" communication is PATHETIC! The member's name is seymoursolar. Check his auctions out. They are all listed in a "auction" format, but hey wants a
BIN" price without having tto pay the "BIN" fee.

Yeah this guy is not new.

This same guy has been doing this before, he's a scammer. Those are all fake listings.

He just wants you to click his outside link so he can steal from you on his website.

I'm sure all those listings and that account won't be around much longer.

The account has been hijacked. Report listings as avoiding ebay fees, or try calling CS to report the account. You can try fraudulent selling activity too.

IME eBay seems to respond fastest to any report that implies they may be losing fees = )

Most of the listings have been removed and the others are in the process.
