There is no way to know what the insertion fees will be on a listing that is scheduled to start in the future.
For example ...
Let's say you have free insertions currently remaining on your account. If you list nothing between now and then, they might be free. But if you use up your free insertions between now and then, there may be a fee.
Let's say you have no free insertions currently remaining on your account. If they are scheduled to start before the first of the month, there mya be a fee. But if they are scheduled to start after the first ofthe month, they may be free if some of your monthly alotment remains when they are posted.
Also, if you change your store subscribe, the fees on those future lisitngs might change.
