Selling FDA approved products

Hello Guys, i am a newly started  small business, we are targeting the beauty category products which are made of dihydroxyacetone. Any body can guide me how to take that approval to list on eBay?

You have to be approved to sell it? What's it do?

@glamgl-83

You cannot advertise your site or sales on this forum with your link. It violates policy.  It is off site and has nothing to do with Ebay.   Are you actually in the US? If you have questions or concerns about your product that may or may not be prohibited to sell here on Ebay as well to other countries, you need to click the link below:

https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/prohibited-restricted-items/prohibited-restricted-items?

I would also do a search as to what countries would allow this "beauty product" to be exported.

Happy Selling!

The FDA.  Check with their website and be prepared to spend hours filling out forms.

Re: Selling FDA approved products

I have no idea what dihydroxyacetone is.

How would ebay even know if your product contained dihydroxyacetone?

If you started a business selling products with dihydroxyacetone, shouldn't you have looked in to the whole FDA thing first?

Half the world thinks having tanned skin makes you look rich, like you've been on an expensive beach vacation.  The other half thinks it makes you look poor, like you've been forced to do manual labor under the hot sun.

Re: Selling FDA approved products

In my opinion there's a lot of FDA products that are already on the shelf that are poisoning America. Somebody just paid them off and or politician. Corporations. Aloud that product to be sold to the general public.

Organic produce is often coated with FDA approved chemicals.

I caught a dog the other day in my backyard urinating on my tomato plant. How do you pronounce dihydroxyacetrone? Say that 10 times fast.

     A lot of that depends on the concentration of the dihydroxyacetone that is in the product. The EU especially has some pretty strict import restrictions.

That's a good source of nitrogen.
