Selling Difficulties, not enough views

Hi! I'm trying to sell a painting by Pierre Dumont. The average worth of his art is 3000 usd per painting and mine has a big size.
I've listed the painting for half that amount, 1500 usd.

Great value for money!
Yet my 9-day listing only had one view.

One.

What am I doing wrong?

Ya got to give it longer then 9 days.

All of the Pierre Dumont fans are probably on summer vacation.  In France.

I dont see a painting listed.

Honestly, views mean nothing. 1 view could be a sale. 900 views could equal nothing.

Its like "likes" on FB... it means nothing.

I would not buy that expensive of an item from Portugal or any other country.

I only see you have 4 listings. 2 of those are books that are listed in the "plates" category.

Im not sure what you are doing wrong but I can say art paintings are a hard sell.

Yes, the painting listing is not there anymore and I'm wondering if it is worthy to insist and renew it.

Maybe other platforms are better for this purpose.

Promoted listings with just one view?

Many galleries sell lots of expensive paintings via ebay.

One possible explanation is that I've listed in ebay.co.uk.
Could it be that the brexit thing is in the way?
Should I go now for ebay.fr?

I was only able to find one Dumont painting sold on eBay in the past 3 years, it was listed on ebay.fr and sold for about $800.

If there is a market for Dumont paintings it's not on eBay.
