I had several DVD's listed dirt cheap with media mail shipping charges added. Sold some of them.
Now they are listed as a fixed price and free shipping, and no bids yet.
Now for the big problem. In cleaning up my brothers house I just came across what must be at 200 to 300 DVD's in a storage case. If I can't sell what I have listed on here now, how can I sell what I just found??????
I think I will leave these to the estate auction guy. Even worse I found over 100 VHS cassette tapes.
Why can't this stuff be selling like hot-cakes?
Sorry I just needed to vent.😡

Most DVD's are a very hard sell these days, prices need to be dirt cheap and even then they are slow movers.
Of course there are exceptions like things which are not available via streaming or box sets / special editions.

We don't even try to sell DVDs that aren't special versions or out of print, something like that which makes them more valuable, except occasionally as lots, and even for $0.50 a disc it's a hard sell and they often don't sell. We just still do it every once in a while, I guess because we're suckers for punishment. I wouldn't dream of trying to sell a single DVD that didn't have extra value of its own, because most people looking for a deal will go to the bargain bins at a local store and save much more than buying it on eBay even with almost no profit for the seller.

Consider lotting them up in batches, when I have a lot of stuff to get rid of that is what I do.

Well, you came across them and you had no interest in them either. That should be a clue. 😜

The only way to to sell most DVDs is at a flea market for $1 each.

People are decluttering and not loading up on stuff that takes up space. Young generation are more apt to have minimal belongings, and can move out quickly. With streaming services, there's no need to have dvd's vhs stored.

I'm old. I want to get rid of most everything.
Why can't everything I have sell like hotcakes 🤣
It's going to go by the dumpster full, but instead of $$ in it will be $$ out😐

To all respondents. I am not even going to worry about them. If they don't sell, I will try goodwill, thrift stores, whatever.
If that don't work, then if face books m/p/screwed up bot's don't screw up (and claim I can't list weapons again) I will list them all as free to whoever wants them.
If tat fail's then some landfill can enjoy them.
HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND ALL.

I don't know how it is in the States but here in the UK some local Charity shops have even stopped taking them in donations. One of the shops was selling them for 10p each. That's now changed to 2p each. So you could buy 50 good clean used DVD's for just one pound.
Hard to see how anyone can make any money selling DVD's. On UK's eBay anyway. And on top of that boxsets have become very expensive to post.
But as some have said maybe there's a demand for rare ones.

First thing. No one bids on DVDs at all.
Second, I didn't check all your DVDs but what I saw are 100 percent worthless. Other sellers have them for like $4 shipped.
I sell on ebay full time, I unloaded all my DVDs in a bulk sale to 1 person for 25 cents each last year and I was thrilled to have them gone.
I would donate the DVDs and put a facebook ad up to unload all the VHS for like $30 for the lot. Let some expert collector pick through those.
The reason I suggest donating the DVDs is that while almost all DVD and VHS are essentially worthless now the VHS tapes have a higher hit rate and some people are specifically collecting them now. I find them easier to move in bulk locally than I do DVDs.
