I think most of you know the term "OEM" (original equipment manufacturer).
That means the item is genuine, not a aftermarket or knock off.

Like you, I questioned if a part was OEM.
The seller replied that [knockoff maker] is the original manufacturer of the knockoff part, that it didn't just vaporize out of nowhere.
And that's how I was explained.

To your seller's defense, he didn't use the OEM term loosely. Just deceptively. "This aftermarket part is to be used in place of the OEM part". That's why he literally (and deceptively) used OEM as the first word in the title but followed by "Replacement".
Your seller might as well just used "like OEM" in his title.
