With all the discussions of slowing sales, why is it that when I pull up a sellers sales history and sort by "ended recently", that only the first few are in chronological order, than the remaining are just a jumbled mess of dates?

Because the seller may have had multiple items in one listing that sold at different dates. Single item listings that sold will appear in chronological order.
Neither your or the previous posters explanation applies. I can search any sellers sales history and it does the same thing. This is some new flaw that was not occurring previously.
