All my photos have disappeared for items that were automatically relisted within the last 8 hours (give or take)... on the phone with Ebay conceirge now

The only image I have is the thumbnail also. Annoying.
Also for the past week I've been getting dashes instead of views.
Contacting Ebay via twitter and phone this morning.

Missing pictures on 25 good-til-cancelled listings here. I ignore alot of the Ebay glitches, but this is a big one. In the meantime, who is going to buy an item that doesn't have pictures? Not sure if I should start taking pictures again, or wait and see if Ebay resolves & pictures return?

The next GTC listing I have set to relist is 292040770858 in about 36 minutes.
I will let it run as a test to see if this issue is fixed.

The e-mail reply I received from customer service in response to the photo issue was useless. Here's a list of my items without photos. Please forward them to the tech team for resolution.

This problem still exists this morning with new GTC Relists. I had one relist about an hour ago and the problem with the photos remains.
I just went manually went through ~150 of my last relists over the last 3+ days. Here is my list of listings without photos. Please forward to the Tech Teams for resolution.

I've found that ending any upcoming GTL listings and then manually relisting them is a work-around for this photo glitch, BUT it's only good for single quantity listings. Relisting manually creates a problem with variation listings in which the original quantity of items that you started with are back when it's relisted... then you have to manually adjust the quantities based on what you've sold already. And it's also a issue because the "number sold" is also reset, as well as the views, so you loose search engine ranking on those listings.... AND it'll be "no longer available" for the folks who have the items in their watch list.
So far, the best thing to do ( I guess) is to archive the photos of the upcoming GTC listings, let them auto-renew, and then immedietly re-upload the photos back in.
Either way, it's a complete pain in the ___ and eBay needs to get their act together immedietly. I've called in twice about this and demanded a refund in my seller fees, and they keep telling me they're going to have to get a refund approved by management and they'll get back to me in 24 to 48 hours... either way, this is completely unacceptable and I'm NOT going to let it ride. I've lost about 4 to 5 man hours of time on this nonsense thus far already. We pay way too much in seller fees and jump way too many hoops to just bend over and take this with a smile.

I am not sure if anyone will see this or not but....Ending some of my "good till cancelled" listings is not an option I want to do if my item A) has watchers orB) is a multi-quanity listing that has watchers and/or sales.
What I am doing before my item "rolls over" is copying my pictures from my ad to a folder on my PC. When the item rolls over I`m re-installing the pictures I`ve saved. It`s a pain but I can`t rely on ebay and it`s a quick workaround. For the pics I`ve already lost....I will give ebay some time to fix it before I re-take all those missing pictures Grrrrrrrrr.

Add us to the list of affected sellers.

My listings are affected as well.

I just did screen shots of my probably 30-50 or more that will relist today so I can document the initial and existing quantities. I am going to end all of those listings and forfeit the watchers and already sold quantities because I have this pesky thing called life that I have no choice but to go ahead and pursue today.
What an absolute mess.
I will check back before I have to leave the house to see if they/anyone comes up with a fix before hammer/end those listings. I have other issues I have to address here at this time.......

Fwiw, eBay opted themselves out of having to reimburse sellers for time lost etc etc in the UA after the last HUGE outtage they had a few years back, so don't hold your breath.
