The sellers in eBay are not protected against buyers who don't check pictures and don't read full description. Always accepting returns from buyers. Also I had experienced racial messages from buyer but eBay still refunded the buyer from they own purse but still refunded. How company like eBay can do that? I'm really thinking now not to sell here anymore. It's like lottery now with buyers here.

I guess it depends on a few different factors but i can appreciate your approach to your customers.
I understand your point but disagree. (not completely) People crave attention and want to feel important. Give them what they want and in a way that is respectful and fun. It really is that simple and takes little effort. It's ok if some decide they would rather not communicate and in some cases it may be a better option. (the op could work on this part of there biz IMHO. 😉)
No one likes an over aggressive sales person cold calling customers that once purchased something. No one likes messages begging for buyers to leave feedback. I would consider that harassment and much different than doing your job. IMHO You post, they buy and you follow up to make sure all is good. If you stay on top of things and you will minimize those issues that can tank your day. (surprise returns, neg feedback, mis communications) I do understand those who just don't want to be bothered as well but i disagree that it will hurt your biz because you do.
Choose who you communicate with wisely and with those who may impact your biz good/bad. Keep it simple. Just because you send a message to a buyer thanking them for the purchase is not really treating them like a child. I would say it is a respectful way of letting them know you care and they are not just another card swipe.
I do not sell volume or low value items for the most part so i do understand why it can be somewhat overwhelming for some.

Thankfully my selling experiences do not support having to hold a customers hand except on rare occasions. I sell on multiple sites. For me, the vast majority of my transactions go off without a hitch.
I would agree with you on why it really would not impact your biz as well. If you were selling sewing machines or higher value items i would suggest it would be a good idea. Not with $5 needle point patterns.
Although if you did have a few form response messages saved, you could drop them a thank you note and may be able to increase repeat customers. YMMV

Even buyers that use colored font in thelr messages can receive a refund.

Your making assumptions again. You have no idea what I sell under other accounts or on other sites. You can only see what is on the account I post with.

Good for you. I am glad you are branching out and hope you do better on the other sites. I really do.
I may have assumed (from your reply) you did not prefer to communicate with your customers but i should known better from your posts. My apologies. YMMV

What? I've been selling on multiple channels for years. Again you assume things you do not know. You have no idea what or how much I sell on this site. You assume what is in front of you is all there is.
Well now you jump from assuming stuff you have no access to knowing to twisting what has been said to mean something not intended or even implied. This is a YOU problem. Not sure what drives your need to do this, it certainly isn't necessary. You often have very good things to say. All this mess is so unnecessary.
