I don't know if it is just me but I don't know why sellers abuse the "Seller Refurbished" condition. I'm sorry, but blowing out the dust in a computer isn't refurbishing. I kinda laugh when I see people selling "Seller Refurbished" computers that are dirty and have cosmetic damage. It does explain why Amazon made it stricter on their site for people to sell refurbished electronics though. I don't know if this just applies to computers, but I am sure people who sell other items see some pretty ridiculous stuff.
