I realize this post has no real point to it, and it's just me venting, but I just want to stress how frustrating it is and how common it is for sellers to not read and/or respond to messages.. I understand that people have lives, and I understand that it's your choice whether or not you respond to questions, but just know, that it directly affects your feedback and reliability as a seller.. Thank you.

And, you do realize that there are hobbyists and part-timers and some that really don't have both oars in the water, at the same time, but still function as real people. Right?
It might do some people well to understand that answering questions isn't the highest priority of everybody who utilizes the Internet. Perhaps to their detriment, perhaps not, however, it is a fact and it does/doesn't happen.
An, sides, some peepl don't no no better how to right gooder descripshuns. maybe they don't get teached good in there skool.

The request of more photos by buyer from me is not because I lock photos as a matter of fact I always post many photos they just want to give me a drill as i state before I am here many many years and always maintain professional conduct .thru the years I took much abuse in here from buyers and now I am far more selective and on alert with whom I like to deal with After all it's my right to choose whats works best for my business.

I answer all questions.
1. First, I personally know the info is hidden when shopping by phone. I’ve had buyers ask and gone to look myself in case I forgot.... it displays on my laptop but I can’t find the same field/info on my phone.
2. I think some folks check customer service skills. Maybe online shopping makes them a little nervous, maybe they’ve heard horror stories, maybe they miss the old friendlier days, who knows? I don’t mind answering - I’m here to SELL stuff!

Amen. I'm female and easily wear a man's 15.5 34 (American). Finding women's shirts with the backs wide enough and sleeves long enough is a chore at best, so if I ask about sleeve length it's dire necessity. Even tall sizes don't always fit properly. If it's too small or too short, and purchased elsewhere, it has to be returned and I'm out shipping in at least one direction and still have no shirt. Not cool. Others are in the same predicament.

Measurements are something I'm always willing to help with. I'm also an 'expensive fit' as they say (more like a tailor's nightmare - I learned to do alterations because nothing seemed to fit off the rack). Often they purchase, or might write back and thank me but looks like it won't work, sometimes I don't hear back, but that's actually the minority of the time. I don't pre-wrap, though - who knows if it'll sell, I stock a lot of unusual or unbranded items, so they all live on hanging racks. I can see the utility in pre-packing, though, if one sells a lot. I pre-pack my vintage kimono and it sure makes shipping easy!
