This keeps reoccurring!!!
When generating or revising a listing and you use the optional Buy more than 1 discount where you choose the percentage of discount and has the three different levels of discounts...the default is 5% 10% 20% etc when you choose the 5% 1st level option the other two windows default to show no percentage..which is the way IT SHOULD work, however it does not and could cost you a bundle!!! as you thought it was set the way you had chose...but when proof reading your listing after "List IT" and is live, you will find out that ebay generously offered the 20% off discount rather than the 5% you had chosen! You have to go back and revise it again and the default is back to 5% 10% 20% like you did nothing at all, you have to blank out the 2nd and 3rd level and save and go back and check your listing..and then refresh your screen to see if it is correct now! Be very careful as you could LOOSE a bundle of money if you do not catch this before hand and will get a big surprise if someone buys it at the 20% discount on the 3rd level meaning you sold 2 or more at the 20% rate!!!!
