Seller wishes to re-send an offer to a buyer after the seller cancelled and refunded

Hi All,

I am a buyer asking a question for the seller,

1] I won an item

2] The seller canceled and refunded me since the shipping fees had been under estimated

3] Afterwards we came to an agreement on a new shipping fee and wish to re-instigate the transaction

4] How does the seller re-send an offer to (me) the buyer?

Tell seller to simply relist with a Buy It Now and checkmark "immediate payment required"; Seller can include the amount of 'shipping' that you 2 agreed on with the price of the item; then just make it 'free shipping'. Then, email you with the 12 digit item number. 

Ex: Item was $100; shipping is $20. Relist for $120 Free Shipping. Everyone is happy; ebay get's fees, you get item, seller gets a sale. Win, win, win.

If I were the seller, I would put it up with a very high $ amount, with make an offer, then have you offer agreed amount, accept your offer and proceed with agreement.
