Seller return options not working, "returns not accepted" is default, android

It worked 2weeks ago.  Now with several draft listings, I am stuck.  Called support yesterday,  no solution. 

The 2nd Pic shows what happens only briefly then the button slides back off.  There was a 14 day  option too,  now missing also. This is on the app,  my browsers don't offer any option but "no returns accepted"

Make sure you're using the latest version of the app. You may want to post this on the Android board.
