Seller restrictions. Can't imporve!

I'm a user for a long time. And selling verywell on ebay. Made about $300.000..

I have 4 cases in my resolution center. Because I'm an international seller I can't do returns unless my buyer is paying the shippingcosts infront. So I can not buy or create a return shipping label in another country. That's why most of my cases exist. See my current status below. *i've anonomized my items*

So what happens when I can't create a shipping label? Then I'll get filed with a "case closed without seller resolution".  And because of that I'm now  a below standard seller. But I'm doing my best to prevent these kind of situations now. Untill I saw this!:Screenshot 2017-05-15 16.43.05.png

This indicates that "cases closed without seller resolution" has improved since march. Because I'm 0.44% on my account. And since march I'm doing 0.00% already. But how come that my account is still below standard? And what the hell can I do more to improve my account to a top rated seller?

thanks

*i'm sorry but this makes me really frustraded*

You'll be below standard until the Aug. 20th review, but the bright side is now instead of being suspended due to being below standard you'll just be paying 14% FVFs instead of the 9.15%....

If you cannot create a shipping label, you should ask the buyer how much it would cost to ship the item back and send them the money via PayPal to pay for the return. This money sent via PayPal takes the place of the shipping label and is proof of your attempt at resolution The PayPal transaction number should be sent to eBay as proof.

Agree with Slati.......you've got to show some attempt at satisfying the buyer........either send a payment for return shipping or refund totally without return........

And what happens after you send them the money and the buyer does NOT use it for the return?

just like any other case......the case is closed in your favor........you don't have to refund.........and you don't get hit with an unresolved case.........

Sounds very similar to going the "partial refund" route.....paying off the buyer so you don't get in trouble with ebay.
