Seller defects fall off in a year from when they were received. If you can figure out how to make a lot of quick sales, that will dilute the percentage of the defects quicker. Make absolutely sure you take care of all returns. Don't allow eBay to step in on any transactions. Make sure all listing are described accurately. Ship all sales on time, no excuses.
If you have any questionable items that might be considered flawed, stained, broken etc etc. Do not list them.
