Seller level below standard.

Help, I had my seller level reduced from above standard because of having a listing, item was damaged but I would put out of stock. I got the defect removed but my standards have not been reinstated. I have 800+ item listed and no more mistakes since this spring. I need to have my promotion tool reinstated but it seems that it is not happening. Maybe I’m not selling the quantity that I need to because I’m not getting enough exposure for my items (ie promotion tool) I’m getting afraid to keep listing, the more I list and not selling maybe the worse it gets. when was this defect removed? 

One defect would not move you into the bad zone so can you explain why you fell below standard?

Your selling level will only change on the first of the month following your next evaluation which will be on the 20th of October for the prior months selling performance (September). Then any change should be seen on November 1 unless you  had another hiccup.
