Seller paid Cancellation fee when it was requested by buyer

Hi, buyer asking for cancellation and I'm nice enough to agree. But I am the one who ended up paying the cancellation fee? This is not right. If I am, the seller, who requested the cancellation, then I don't mind.

lot sales

"Lot" means all items in the listing or all photos. Some sellers are listing as "lot, pick and choose each" (DVD etc). That is not a sale by "lot".eBay should post a note to explain terms to sellers before posting, but eBay makes many errors too........
