I've been contacted by a seller with an offer on a piece of equipment we are selling. The offer was too low, but that's another story. I looked up the seller's "about" page and find that the intro lists their URL for an offline "bricks and mortar" store. If you go to the URL, they list more things, but you can contact them directly from there with all the contact info needed.. This sure appears to be a total Ebay violation since it directs buyers directly to the seller to make an offline deal.
Is there a way to report this seller to Ebay for this? I've looked but not sure where.

There is a report this listing link on the right side of the listing, just before the description.
Or you can call Ebay CS, Trust and Safety, and report this.
From policy pages:

Thanks. I did see that on one of their listings. I tried it, but it was just a few drop-downs, but nothing that matched the issue I was trying to report. Seems it's only linked to the listing, and nowhere that I can say "look at the URL in the seller's about page".
In the listings, he did list his address and under the address it says [Phone number removed by Ebay] as well as [Email removed by Ebay]. But cut and paste the URL and you can buy directly and bypass Ebay. Very wrong!
