It's my first time buying from eBay, I bought a limited quantity book that I've been looking for a long time. 30 minutes after buying, I requested them to upgrade my parcel delivery from economy to standard. They didn't respond to my request and has already shipped out the item, now I have to wait 2 months minimum for it to reach my country.
I then send another request for a "estimated arrival date" as there isn't any, they didnt respond so I again asked for a "tracking code," I know sellers don't send tracking code if the item you bought doesn't pass certain amount of price. Now I am in the blind, no estimated arrival date, no tracking code, no communication from the seller. I've tried their Trust Pilot, they replied and I responded, as of right now there isn't any reponse from their Trust Pilot. I emailed them and again, no response. What can I do?
Edit: Whoops my bad, it's my first time posting here and I just realised that I posted it under the "selling" section. How do I move it to a more appropriate section of the forum?

did you expect your seller to upgrade your shipping for free? Your post says after you purchased the item you asked them.
Tracking from one country to another usually usually is not cheap. Your seller may not have any tracking at all.

I did mention that I would "pay extra" if needed, it's alright if they don't upgrade it because they shipped it pretty fast which I am grateful about. It is definetely my fault, I only sent them the request for upgrade 30 minutes later.
I sent a request for "estimated delivery time," which isn't provided. Under order details, Posting & handling (estimated delivery*) ---> Estimated delivery: Varies*. I am now blind as to where my package is and when it will arrive. Would be nice if they would at least repond to one of the messages/ request that I sent to them.

If your seller already sent it and the shipping paid for was for no tracking, then obviously the seller won't be able to provide you with one.
I know the feeling of having found something on ebay which you wanted so much and yet don't have any clue on where it is now.
In this instance, your seller should have at least replied to your messages. The least a seller could do.
Where is your seller from? If in Europe, think of the current weather conditions too. Perhaps, there is no internet connection or whatever reason.
Give it a few more days and if by that time you still haven't heard from your seller, you just have to wait hoping that your book will arrive in due course. If it does not, there are ways provided by ebay to protect you as a buyer. If you don't get your book, you could at least get your money back.
Keep us posted.

How many days do you wait after you send your message before messaging the seller again?
Some sellers don't reply right away. Sometimes they can take 2-3 days because they don't ebay every day. And I would not expect a seller to respond to you over the weekend. Some sellers will respond... but as many buyers don't work over the weekends many sellers do not work on weekends too.
As a seller, if a buyer messages me on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, I generally reply to them by the end of Monday.
