Changing your actual location is a good way to get suspended.

You're on the selling forum, but if you're the buyer, you need to go to the buying forum really. As for this, though, if you have an address in France you can have it shipped to, sure, you can enter that in the shipping details at checkout.

They buyer may not be able to sell to you due to customs restrictions. You are located in Saudi Arabia. Very strict customs requirements there. Changing your location to where you are NOT located can jeopardize your account. Move on. If they buyer doesn't want to sell to you, it's their prerogative and right as a seller.

But the item will be shipped to france address not Saudi Arabia

Or not... Again, it's most likely a customs issue and as others have advised, changing your location is a good way to get your account suspended. Be smart.

You should contact the Seller directly and ask if you can purchase item if you change "shipping address to France".

As a buyer you can change your address any time you want to and change it to any country that you want. Nobody would ever get suspended for this.
Even for a sellers the location of the item you are selling has to be accurate but it doesn't need to be the country where you reside.
If I was buying something to give as a gift I can provide a ship to address anywhere on planet earth and there is absolutely no policy against this.

I believe the OP is the buyer not the seller so changing their shipping address is not a big issue as long as the seller ships to that location.

Since the seller has already canceled your transaction, most likely hes got you blocked now.

No, of course not. But the op wasnt asking to change his ship address, he was asking 'to change his location'.

Life is too short. Just move on from this.

If the seller has not blocked you sure you can attempt to purchase it again and change your shipping address to the one you have in France. Not sure what the item is but as long as it does not violate any import laws in France it should not be a problem.
If the seller has you blocked you can always report them depending on what type of reason they used to cancel your order.
