Why is eBay protecting scammers?

Buyers make a purchase, make false claims and the seller agrees to the return. Buyer returns an empty box or broken item and eBay gives them full refund.

The seller has lost:

• The item
• The shipping cost
• BTW, eBay is still collecting their %.

Regardless of your evidence and how many times you inform eBay, they don't care and you never get your money back. 

Sellers have no say, eBay collects their share regardless and is just happy to help the crooks in their scam.

Report the buyer for return abuse;

Also with law reinforcement for fraud and theft;

May eventually get these scamming folks busted...
