Please let me know as eBay will charge to seller with the shipping label ( FEDEX/UPS/EBAY International), that are charged monthly ?

We'd like to know the answer to that as well. The one upside to managed payments was that we could pay our FedEx and UPS labels with a credit card and harvest the sweet 2% cash back from that. With $1,000 a week in shipping labels that adds up.
