Wow what a disappointment. Couldn't even commit to doing an hour to cover seller's concerns. It is nice to learn the excuses come from leadership and not just CS. You are a tech company. Regardless how big and how old your site gets that is your responsibility to maintain it for your side of the deal. I don't get paid to maintain and manage your site. If you are going to offer a service I have to pay for then it is your job to make sure it works correctly. Overall Jordan still seems to be genuine, but maybe eBay needs to reevaluate who is in charge of the site.

There is no 'everyone doing the same'; you have complete control in the percentage you are willing to pay for your item to be shown first. If the 'average' is 6%, and you do 15%, your items will be shown before the others that are paying 6%.

Therefore, nobody is doing the same.
