Seller Protection?

eBay ignores its ‘own’ policy again!

“We adjust seller performance metrics when we have objective information available in our system, or through carrier tracking that shows the seller fulfilled all elements of the transaction (see #2) and the defect, feedback, or late shipment was not accurate.” (see #1)

Buyer purchases a pair of shoes. Waits close to 60 days to claim not as described due to size?

  1. Our photos clearly dispute this claim!
  2. Our listing had our standard 30 day no questions return!

Buyer missed the 30 day window so they were unable to open a not as described case; however eBay did allow them to post a Negative feedback and will not remove it?

Seller Protection?

I received my first negative feedback also. And, I decided to just move on and get over it.

I am not letting it get to me. It made me upset that whole day. My buyer wanted to change feedback to positive but 30 day to change it expired. Us sellers wake up in the morning wondering if we get a negative feedback. I decided not to let it get me anymore.   I just block the buyer from future sales.

Seller Protection?

We have been buying and selling on this platform since 1997 so we have been here before. A few times it was even our fault however eBay should be called out when it is wrong also and that's all we hope to accomplish!
