Hi guys , i have over positive 1600 feedback BUT in matter of two months i lost money on eBay instead of making . First transaction i sold a LCD iphone 13 Pro Max and buyer who only had 5 feedback opened a dispute VIA credit card claiming NOT AS DESCRIBED because he simply didn't knew how to fix he's device and he was getting errors... well you need to be apple technician and OR have tools fix since LCD serial has to be linked to motherboard however he had no idea and open dispute via credit card , also this way they are not obligate send item back, they can tell their financial company basically whatever they want .. so i lost 260$ and when i try contact eBay for appeal costumer support all they could say was '' we don't know in what condition item arrived to the buyer'' and with this they appeal denied , buyer got away free item , second transaction month later i sold a cracked iPhone 13 PRO badly damaged and my shady buyer open return after 40 days finding ways to send it back because he most likely couldn't fix OR realize he made a bad investment. Buyer made false claim they needed to find a way to be eligible send it back SO he was stating device was water damage 😂 and eBay basically told me either i accept return or they will force return and pay non refundable fee . So no matter you do as sellers , buyers can easily abuse eBay return system even finding ways keep item for free , this is unbelievable and Ebay don't care . Ebay has become a JOKE and many buyers are simply abusing the system . Basically you can purchase a hot item iPhone TV nintendo etc and then if you open dispute via credit card and say NOT AS described you keep item free OR via eBay you can also purchase phone TV then return different item back damaged serial item/device back you can do whatever you please as a buyer because eBay all they can say is '' we don't know which condition item was delivered to buyer'' 😂 . Ebay buying policy give buyers 100% money back guarantee no matter what and after being here for 15 years i'm getting sick of them . In 15 years and got scammed at least 15 times and you never win .You try to make a extra income you end up loosing . it's a SHAME
