Now I know for sure eBay doesn't care about its sellers.  Just tried sending them a message & they don't accept messages.   No wonder they are losing sellers left & right.  I just might be next!

What were you trying to bring to their attention?  

If you were trying to express your concerns about GTC, I don't know that that was the appropriate team to contact.  Seller News, IMO, would be more about that team giving you the news, and not vice versa.

There are other avenues for you to express your concerns.
