According to the help page regarding the seller hub I should be able to customize it. But there is no link for customizing anything. Didn't there used to be? The eBay rep I just spoke to told me that they new layout is how they decided it was best for us. And if I want them to change it back I should provide feedback. We all know how that goes...
IN any case, why do they still have tips that don't apply? I'll never understand how they can make changes to sites and just leave help pages for previous versions of the same site.

@jackofallstuff eBay is in the process of making changes. Give it more time.
On one of my accounts it's a bunch of missing info. On another of my accounts I'm seeing this:
As you can see, changes are still in progress. Some Tasks have transitioned into smaller bars at the top.
eBay has had this banner up on Hub for weeks now, to let sellers know changes were coming.
Really hope eBay brings back that customize link! I rely on it and definitely want to change my customization order if Tasks is gone and replaced by those top level boxes.

Yeah, it looks like they are monkeying with it today. I suspect there will be several posts.

eBay loves to eff with stuff that isn't broken...

Ours just changed as well. Ironically, they eliminated the "Comments" link in the upper right hand corner a while ago. Probably so they didn't have to read nor consider the feedback received on their forced changes. Used to be able to close out the repeated promotional banners at the top of the Overview page and that is also miraculously gone.
Dumbest part of this is that we can no longer see "Tasks" which would include responding to Items Not Received or Requests/Disputes. Was told to see these, we should use the notification bell which has not functioned properly for years.
Perhaps fix the outstanding issues on the website first?????

Lowkey glad everyone else is having this issue and it's not just me...which is usually the case. The task tile is always the first thing I look at when going to the seller hub. Never knew there was even an option to customize the hub either. Hopefully this will be fixed soon and if not put back exactly how it was then at least include it again in some aspect.

Mine just updated as well, moving and either adding or removing some of the tiles (I can tell some things are in different positions, I just don't remember exactly what was where right now).

The most important window on the whole dashboard that I use every day the "Tasks" section is completely gone. WHY? Who does this help by removing it?

I suggest everyone take a deep breath and wait it out. They may be rolling some changes to the hub that might monkey it around for a bit.
Lets see where it falls out at then you can get worked up if you feel you need to then... 😄

Yeah, I want/need my task block back.

I'm so over the "small changes".
05-28-2025 03:51 PM
And they come up with, "you asked, we listened" **bleep**
I don't know who would have asked to remove any part of the Hub and make it not customizable and easier to actually USE !

Tasks are back on all of my accounts.
05-28-2025 03:57 PM
Yeah, same. Tasks has shown back up.

A representative from documentation didn't attend the release meetings, I guess.
