I am curious to learn if anyone else is experiencing any issues with "Seller Hub"? ... OR ... if, yet again, the eBay I.T. department has created another mess with their respective meddling? (!) ... OR ... If for some reason eBay has eliminated their "eBay International Standard Delivery" program. Reason for my question: As I attempt to upload some new listings that are in my "Manage Drafts" page of the Seller Hub, I receive a message that says something to the effect that "This item is not eligible for the "eBay International Standard Delivery".

No problems using the ebay seller hub over here on my side. You probably just ran into a temporary glitch. Close the browser. Open up a new browser session & try again.

Thank you for the quick reply and the suggestion. I had already attempted to do what you suggested. As another experiment to find a possible solution, I have also cleared all of my search history and cookies etc. I do that as a sort of "maintenance" about once per week. Last evening I also spoke on the telephone with an eBay "representative" who, when asked my previously mentioned question, answered that I had not been the only inquiry in reference to the issue I mention. But this representative, although pleasant and attentive, truly did not seem to be sure of much of anything. This rep suggested that I simply check back at a later time to see if the issue had been remedied. As of a short time ago today, I am continuing to have the same issue. Nevertheless, I sincerely appreciate the reply and input. As always ... Have a blast and Make It A great Day!!!

Go to your shipping options and make sure you are blocking shipping to
Russia and Ukraine. I think that might be why eBay is not letting you list.

I noticed my seller hub was recently "jumbled".
I had to re-arrange it to the way i like it.

Is it possible that the item(s) are not allowed to be shipped with eBay international. Or that the value, dimensions or Weight are over the limit? What type of items are they?

Thank you for the reply and suggestion. I had not seen that eBay notice. Nevertheless, that information sounds sensible to me. Per your suggestion, I went into my shipping options and excluded shipping to the Russian Federation and the Ukraine. After doing this I am still getting the error message as previously described. Expecting the possibility that it might take a modest period of time to actually "update", I will check again later to see if a resolution was created by the exclusion of these two regions of the world. Thank you for the reply. Yes, I too noticed my seller hub had been rearranged (not by me though!) Anyway, although that may have some bearing on the issue, I have yet to see a correction take place regardless any efforts I have made thus far. Thanks again and as always ... Make It A Great Day!!!

Thank you for the reply. I have tried a variety of different items to list and the same error message pops up. I don't even have to have an item in the listing yet, and the error message is there. I have my listing templates set up to ship "Worldwide" as far as international shipping. Another seller just pointed out an eBay notice regarding that shipping to the Ukraine and Russia are currently a no go situation which I completely understand considering recent developments in the news. I have made a couple of adjustments to my shipping options to see if that might be the answer. As of a couple of minutes ago, no change. I will be checking it out a bit later to see if it might need some time to "Update". Thanks again and as always ... Make It A Great Day!!!

In your testing, are these all going in the same Category? Have you tried listing in a completely different Category as a test?
Just trying to narrow down the possibilities.....might help if you could grab a screenshot of the error message, eBay has a bad habit of giving misleading info in their warnings.

@xylomx Mine opened in German one day last week, I closed it and reopened it and it went back to English.
I also must have caught Seller Hub in the middle of an update, I got "unavailable" posted all over the place (pic below) ... again I closed it and reopened it and values were reset.
Seller Hub has always been slow ... page loading is slow, updating is slow, it was never an improvement over the Classic pages. It created extra steps for most tasks and does not provide pertinent information, the best example of this is their fixation on the last 31 days of sales ... the entire world works on a monthly basis for billing, etc. Sales are cyclical and most are on weekends ... SOOOoooo, if you look at the "last 31 days" in the middle of the week the numbers are much lower then on weekends, for many Sellers its pretty worthless information to be honest. I requested that they give Sellers a pull down choice there for a real time running Monthly total of sales LIKE the Classic pages had as a standard default.
That request has been ignored.

Thanks for the reply. I have experimented with a variety of ideas ... none of which have been successful in regard to a solution to have the "eBay International Standard Delivery" shipping option function at all. I have added both the Ukraine and Russia to my list of locations for which we do not ship. Still no change to receiving the error message. (I'm not really surprised!) I have had a conversation or 3 with the so called "Customer Service AND Technical Services" departments. Nope ... !!! I do understand the concept of not currently offering the GSP and/or the Standard Delivery options to that unfortunate region of the world. I would not want to go there either!!! I have asked if eBay had completely shut down these services across the board or only to the Ukraine and Russia. I have been unable to get a clear answer or any definitive answer for that matter to that question.
As far as the general operations of the "Seller Hub", I would say that we (you and I that is) have found similar frustration causing inconsistencies and an almost constant requirement to adjust to these inconsistencies when the eBay I.T. department simply must tinker with it endlessly.

Thank you for the reply. Yes, I have seen this update previously. However, in my humble opinion, this update does not explain why the eBay International Standard Delivery shipping option is unavailable for use for shipping destinations that would be "international" from where a package was being shipped. When I have asked the eBay customer service and/or tech service people for more clarity on the topic, they too are unknowing as to why this is the case. Nevertheless, I appreciate your reply.
