Seller Declines Offer and Raises the Price

Honestly why wouldn’t it be. The seller has offers open. Hello that means he is willing to negotiate. Like myself I m on Budget. I placed an offer for a car part I needed ASAP based on my budget. I didn’t have much money why I resorted to a used part for my car. My car is a 2005. It’s old. The part was off a 2005 car like mine. My part went bad. My question to seller was how long wil part last considering it was off a same year car as mine and my part went out. He said buy a new part of concern. Really. I would have but didn’t have the money 🤦🏻‍♀️ so he lets all my offers expires with no response. I think that is Rude and the seller is an inconvenience to the buyers buying his car parts. Car parts are needed. I wanted my car fixed ASAP. I found opportunity to send seller an offer for a cheaper deal so I thought. Then the guy ignores all messages and offers, that’s not cool. So I make another account because he takes offers, I thought maybe I’d get  a deal, that would’ve been perfect. Well again, he ignores 3 offers well what an inconvenience. So I wait and waited for a response… Patiently. Meanwhile I need my car and it’s overheating so I’m damaging my car too.  So I finally ask him if he is open for the part because I placed 3 and no response. He said “ -I list a lot of parts and the price is what it is on the part.” TF so he couldn’t send a message to tell me that he doesn’t accept offers. Ugh!! I kinda figured that. When I went back to the sale page to make a purchase for the part I desperately needed for my car he changed the price to $100 more. Like really! That’s all I had to play with was $100 why I sent the rude man the offer for the part. They seller should not get away with doing this , just because he owned the part doesn’t give him the right to east and inconvenience people who are trying to fix their car that is Down Right Rude and should not be allowed and if the seller has Offers set up and they don’t acknowledge the offer or make a deal, eBay should make them obligated to take or give an offer since offers  was turned and the man ignored all 3 which is a lot of days wasted for 2 accounts and then has to nerve to finally tell you that price is final. I would have bought the part a long time ago cuz I needed it. But again, I tried to save some kinda money. And I thought he was a kool helpful Seller out to extend his arm to his fellow man in hopes of helping a human being fix their car. But no the man was a jerk. And made it harder for me to fix my car. On purpose. Also it was my first time using eBay. I was so confused. The part was $89 I lowballed him the first offer cuz in my head for a used broken park I thought $60 was reasonable not knowing how ing part would last since my went out I thought it has a short life span. That was the quickest deny response I record nothing after that and the othe offer amounts were, $60 $70, $74, then $70, $76, $80 and the jerk raised the price to $100 more so part was $189, mean while the other parts were still $89 but I couldn’t use the part cuz they aren’t compatible with my car. If I was eBay I’d suspend him. So no It’s not okay. If he thought it was okay to waste my time and inconvenience means slap my face too then laugh at me..cuz I can’t fix my car unless I come up with more money. then so do I think it’s okay to say that he is a jerk and should not sell his parts on eBay 🤦🏻‍♀️ 🤷🏻‍♀️ I can’t win. No one should have a right o treat people badly.
