Has any seller out there ever had the situation where you are rated on the 20th of each month but you are rated on your transactions from the previous month from Sept 1st to the 30th? The 3 weeks from Oct 1 through to the 20th I've sold over 40 items yet they are not counted in my transaction totals when ultimately rated. I meet all the Top Rated standards but these additional transactions in Oct won't be counted until Nov. They need to adjust the rating period to be live and actual on the date of the evaluation. Rather than delayed by 3 weeks. Can anyone give me an explanation as to why they do this?
