Can I Sell use Items ?

Guess it would depend on the item.  Some can only be sold "new"  (think underwear, shoe strings, bubblegum) and other items (think plates, cups, flatware) can, but need to be in good previously enjoyed condition.

What used items from Sri Lanka are you thinking you can sell?  CDs, DVDs, Books?  Those are good ideas for "used".

Please be mindful of the e-commerce restrictions of your Govt and research how best to sell Legally with MP and Payoneer.

Do not sell used items from China.  No one wants them "new" from there, let alone "used" etc.

Are you asking about selling a used item on eBay, or selling it in somewhere else? 

You can sell any used item on eBay if it is permitted to be sold on eBay. 

So if your used item is permitted on eBay, you can sell it on eBay.

But if your used item is not permitted on eBay, you cannot sell it on eBay.
